Contact form
The form on this website sends nothing to our server. Your entries are assembled into a text in your browser and opened in your own email program, or you copy that text yourself. No form data is stored on this website.
Once you send us the email, we process the details it contains (name, company where given, email address, phone number where given, subject and your message) in order to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Server log files
When this website is accessed, our hosting provider records technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type. This serves the operation and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Statutory retention obligations, in particular the seven-year tax retention period, remain unaffected. We delete the data thereafter.
Recipients and third countries
We do not sell data and pass nothing on for advertising purposes. Data is shared only with service providers acting for us (hosting, email) and with authorities where we are legally obliged to provide information. No transfer to countries outside the EEA is envisaged.
Fonts and external content
The fonts used are loaded from our own website. No connection is made to Google Fonts or comparable external services. We use no analytics, advertising or social media scripts.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and data portability.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, Postbus 93374, 2509 AJ The Hague (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Security
This website is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
